CM-s birthday Celebrated in Sivakasi

Yesterday, supporters of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa celebrated her 65th birthday, in Sivakasi. Free medical camp, State level chess and Kabaddi tournament, tree planting ceremonies were organised as part of the birthday celebrations with the coordination of the Sivakasi Municipality and AIADMK. Special pujas were performed. Majority of the streets in Sivakasi is adorned with CM-s photo. Film songs of CM was played at street corners. K.T.Rajendra Balaji, Minister for Information and Special Programme Implementation and Dr.Kathiravan, Chairman, Sivakasi Municipality, worked overtime and attended a number of functions from camps to distributing freebies to mark the occasion.
