MEPCO lifts Carnival Trophy

JCI Sivakasi organised 12th Jaycee Carnival - 2013 (Inter-College Cultural Mela for VVS Gnanasambandan Nadar - Seetha Lakshmi Ammal Ever Rolling Trophy), at Jaycees Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Sivakasi, on 25th August 2013, Sunday. Jc. HGF. G.Subburaj, President - Sivakasi Jaycees Charities, Sivakasi Jaycees Social Welfare Trust, sponsored Jaycee Carnival. Mrs.S.Chitra Jeyanthi, Principal, KPATDR Sivakasi Jaycees Matriculation Hr. Sec. School was the chief guest and Jc.G.Veeramani, ZVP - Region E, Zone XVIII, JCI India was the guest of honour for the inauguration function. Around 100 students of 9 colleges from various regions of Virudhunagar District participated in the Inter College Cultural Mela. Various events such as Rangoli, Life of Manja Pale (Design a bag), Maan Aada Kuyil Pada, Sagala Kalaa Vallavan, Konjam Nadinga Boss, Neeya Naanaa and dance were conducted. Jc.HGF.G.Subburaj was the chief guest and Jc.B.Rengaraj, ZVP - Region D, Zone XVIII, JCI India was the guest of honour for the valedictory function. Jct.Chitra Subburaj distributed prizes and participation certificates. Mepco Schlenk Engineering College has won the Trophy. Lunch was arranged for the gathering.
