Free eye camp organised

Khaitan Steel Mart in association with Sankara Eye Hospital successfully organised 107th Eye camp, on 20th October 2013, Sunday, at The Sivakasi Paper Merchants Association, Sivakasi. 95 patients were screened under various eye tests by a 8 member team from Sankara Eye Hospital. Of them, 33 patients were referred for free surgery to be conducted at Sanakara Eye Hospital. The free services will include eye check up and refraction for glasses, medicines, eye surgery and glasses at discount rate. As a part of the camp food and glass were distributed for those who were selected for the operation. A team of 8 volunteers from Arasan Ganesan Polytechnic College actively participated in the camp. Next camp will be held on 10th November 2013, Sunday.
