Kallarai Theru celebrated Therukattu Pongal

On 22nd March 2014, Saturday, Sivakasi Kallarai Theru celebrated Therukattu Pongal. On the occassion of Therukettu Pongal Kallarai Theru was decorated with colour papers, festoons, flowers, thoranais, Veppilai thoranais, decorative serial lights, tube lights and focus lights. Music systems arrangements was made at the entrance of the streets. Special puja were performed for Arasaradi Kaaliamman. As a part of Therukettu Pongal Festival, mulaipari, milk pots and agni chatti are carried out by the street people. Villupattu was arranged. Annadhaanam has been done.
