Rain in Sivakasi

Virushunagar district witnessed widespread rain on Tuesday the 3rd May, 2011.

There were mild to moderate showers in Sivakasi and the sky remained overcast. Rain, accompanied by thunderstorm and strong winds, lashed many parts of Sivakasi town on Tuesday evening. The rain forced the Sivakasi motorcycle riders to pull out their jackets and pedestrians to hold umbrellas.
