Sivakasi gets 21mm rainfall on 11th May

Sivakasians were in for a surprise, today, as Sivakasi received rainfall for the second consecutive day. Yesterday Sivakasi gets 2.1 cm rainfall, between 11:15 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.. Though the "Agni Nakshatram / Kathiri Veyil" or the peak summer season began on 5th May 2015, Tuesday, the heavy downpour for the last two days brought down the temperature. Sivakasi likely to get more rain for the next one week with maximum and minimum temperature of 31 and 24 degree celsius.
