Roads re-laid in Sivakasi

The Sivakasi Municipality has started re-laying of the battered roads near Sivakasi Bus Stand for last two weeks.

The Sivakasi Municipality commenced the work stretch from Sivakasi Bus Stand to Sattur Road, one of the back breaking stretching with dangerous potholes. Earthmovers were seen swiftly removing the layers of the damaged road to pave way for a fresh layer of bitumen. It takes place for last two weeks. There was more traffic in the Sattur Road, as the road laying work held. Now the new road gives new look and helps the travellers to travel quickly and in time.
