Sapling planting ceremony

In connection with Vedhathri Maharishi-s 103rd birthday, Sivakasi Vedhathri Maharishi Manavalakkalai Mandram Arakattalai organised tree plating ceremony, on 15th August 2013, Thursday, at Arivu Thirukovil campus, Viswanatham Road, Sivakasi. The planting ceremony began with formal prayer song and meditation. Mr.M.Raja Sudalaimuthu, President, Ulaga Samuthaya Seva Sangam, Virudhunagar Zone and Mr.A.Nagarajan, SKY, Thirunelveli were present on the function and delivered speech on Vedhathri Maharishi. Around 165 people participated in the function. 33 tree saplings were planted on the occasion. Lunch was arranged for the gathering.
