Sivakasians greets November with heavy rain

Sivakasians greets November with heavy rain from 08:20 p.m. to 09:20 p.m.. Rains accompanied with lightening. The temperature falls down to 24 degree Celsius. There was occasional rain showers and drizzle in the midnight. Rain water harvesting systems, installed in buildings, received copious amount of water and brings relief from water crisis. The drains were overflowed and the roads remained flooded for some hours. Rainy onslaughts leave several roads damaged, in Sivakasi. Several low-lying areas in the town were inundated after the incessant heavy rain. A few spells of rain are expected for next three days in Sivakasi town, with average maximum and minimum temperature of 31 and 24 degree celsius.
