Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College was set for UGC committee visit for the extension of Autonomy status. The visit was planned for two days 14.7.17 and 15.7.17. The first day six member team visited all the departments and reviewed the achievements and the profile of the departments. Suggestions were provided by the experts in certain aspects. Some innovative practices were acknowledged and endorsed by the committee. The second day visit began with the verification of documents and inspecting the central facilities provided under autonomy grant. Report was prepared in the end to be submitted to UGC with the recommendations of the committee. The Management and the Principal thanked and congratulated all the faculty members for the successful co-operation rendered during the visit.
