Summer rain lashes Sivakasi

For the past one week Sivakasi town receives summer rain rain daily. Earlier the hot summer was unbearable and the temperature reached 41 degree celsius and it was scorching day and night for Sivakasians. Heat prevailed at night also. Due to rain for the last one week, the maximum temperature fell down to 35 degree celsius. Summer rain brings temporary relief for the Sivakasians. For the next one week sky will be cloudy and chances for rain throughout the week, with average maximum and minimum temperature of 35 and 26 degree celsius respectively.
